Hello. It’s been a while, hasn’t it?
Anyway, today is St David’s Day, the first of March, and the first day of spring (in meteorological terms, at least).
Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus.
Doing
- Blossom is out on the damson trees, and the filbert tree is draped in red catkins. We planted the first of the broad beans in the late winter sun.
- Dug another bed under the oldest damson tree, watched over by some chatty robins.
- Made buckwheat pancakes (a little later than Pancake Day).
- Joined Stone Club (https://stoneclub.rocks)
- Explored a new bit of Vauxhall I’d not been to before. The Thames looked higher than normal.
